My illness relates to what is happening with the Autism epidemic... denial in science, statistics and common sense. Follow the money.. who profits?... financial profits are in a business and business runs our country through lobbies... our legislatures are paid huge sums by lobbies... this gets them elected... to further the goals of business. We do not receive any personal profit by action that furthers business that endangers our health, but our illnesses do profit business that feed off our medical problems... face it the medical community is a business... Individuals within a business who do not follow the rules of the business will not be allowed to engage in business... All their young dreams of success depends on the success of the business... once caught up in this corruption they are then the willing slaves of the business... necessitating denial in science, statistics and common sense to fit the goals... that make profits for a business. Whew... hard to explain, but as an individual who wants to stay healthy; I ask businesses to get busy and evaluate what the people need or the people will not be there for you to feed off neither physically or mentally... the change comes from the courage, and the care to stand up, be heard and keep repeating yourself...YES, maybe no one cares, but you, and a few the rest are busy making profits.

It’s official now, real autism rates have exploded to 1 in 100 American children. We’re facing a national public health emergency of historic proportions. Bigger than swine flu. Bigger than polio. Bigger than almost anything one can imagine except AIDS. No matter how hard some may try, it’s impossible to escape the inexorable upward march of the numbers. Even Tom Insel, head of autism research at NIH and not exactly the autism world’s greatest forward thinker, has conceded the obvious: “There is no question that there has got to be an environmental component here.”...
...Nowhere is the institutional pattern of negligence, deception and propaganda surrounding autism more apparent than in the work of the Autism Developmental Disabilities Monitoring (ADDM) network. The design of the ADDM, a project of the CDC and its parent agency the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), reveals in sharp relief how determined CDC is to evade its autism responsibilities.
